I am no where near as good as Dst or Justin but I think I can help ya a little. Lets see no need for the Chassis Airflow: Upgrade Chassis
With Zalman Performance Fans (Up to 6 Fans) from what I gather they are pretty loud. Also with the psu I would change that to the corsair 1000 psu I also gather thats a little bit better brand than the Digital storm one also no need for the Enhancements: Touch 2000
Aerocool Temperature Display & Fan Controller (Requires Chassis
Airflow Upgrade) also from what I gather u can download a program as to which u can check your temps and fans so that is a waste. Also 2 geforce 480s that is a little over kill from what I gather these babies run hot 93 to 95c range if you want 2 I would suggest getting liquid cooling on them. I am pretty sure one 480 should be able to max just about any game except crysis. also I would change Windows OS: Microsoft Windows 7
Ultimate (64-Bit Edition) really no need for that I do not think I would just go with win 7 pro 64 bit that way you would have xp mode as well if you have any older games or programs that are not compatible with win 7 besides that I think you have a great rig. I just purchased one as well still waiting on my system

 use my configs as a base, take note of how for example the psu brand was changed from your config to mine, these little details are important, cause you want to go with corsair when it comes to psu.
