Good question.     DS does adjust according to inventory, availability and marketing strategy.

The reference gtx 670 is an excellant card.

On that note, I ordered my system on 12/31 as stated in the other post. However, because of the shortage of GTX 670 FTW, I ordered the regular 670 instead.
I was wondering:
A. Can I order it now?
B. Is it too late to change my build to SLI? It's only stage 1 right now.

It shouldn't be a problem.   Its done all the time.
 
But, Alex or a call to DS is the authority.   I would call sales.  You'll have to anyways to make the change.

Ok, just resent again to [email protected] and also to bryan.
I called to and tried to talk to Gerardo since he was helping me before, but he's gone until next week it seems... Talked to someone yesterday via phone, but it was kinda odd since he seems like he's either new or not very well informed... BTW my order is 25533 if ref. is needed. I tried to explain to him how I want extra fans mounted, hope he got it.

Sounds good. I just sent Bryan an email as well about your request. I'm sure we'll get this taken care of. I also put some notes in your order to ensure we look into the price before your system is ready for pickup.

Your order is not in testing yet so there is no worries, we still have plenty of time to get a quote, get the card, etc... Even if it is in testing, we can still swap the cards out.

You might have already heard from Bryan today, before my message, or we'll be getting back to you with a quote on Monday once the team is back in the office.

I did receive email reply from Bryan and established communication. Appreciated all the help! I'm also considering just switching to ODE stage 4 since it's already SLI. The only thing holding me back is the option of having Storm Trooper case and Noc 14 cooling. If that's set, I'll flip the switch on the order and pay the increased difference.

Sounds good. Please note, if the team begins building your system and it's a custom unit, you may be responsible for re-stocking fees. I recommend making a decision as soon as possible.

I suppose it feels like that because when you're special ordering something, the team has to go through a few different people and our vendors for prices. I'm able to reply quicker, but, I don't have answers.

On a good note, we just added EVGA's new GTX 660 Signature edition.
