Alright sports fans were getting closer.my rig hit stage 6 a few minutes ago and they are supposed ta get me a few pics once it got to this point. just hope they don't forget cause I would really like to what they've done to this point.

just got an update from Alex and he has had a chance to see my rig .to which he said it looked "Awesome" and that they should have it ready to ship soon. He also let me know that they should have pre shipping pictures for me Mon or Tues.

Tio- looking forward to those preview pics! I had a Wacom tablet that I used to use back when I was working. It finally crapped out and I haven't replaced it yet. Hope the new rig inspires your designs as well as makes you sigh in satisfaction every time you see it. Your desk better be able to hold 100 lbs safely. This thing is heavy and difficult to move without wheels.

I have been salivating over the Cintique 24HD since I first laid eye's on it. several years after I got out of the service I had looked into possibly going to art school and we have (here in Columbus, Ohio) one of the premiere art schools in the country .The 'Columbus College of Art & Design" (CCAD as it's known) was the one I wanted to got to . I paid a visit to their admissions office along with the Portfolio I had put together and my Portfolio disappeared into the campus for about 3-4 hours as they walked me around. Once we arrived back at the offices they asked "would I have any problems enduring the first year of their program" as they thought my artwork was very advanced for having no formal training. they offered me several scholarship and also explained that their school was 40+ a week as well as around 20+ hours of homework per week....and that's what killed it. I was married and had 2 children so it was just impossible for me to do. lmao I was already working 2 jobs to put her thru Nursing School. excited as hell to start using the board AND playing games ...lets not forget the games.

The footprint of the 900d is 25.6 " so that should give you some idea of how big to make the cutout for the new Hailstorm II. Sounds like you re married, none of my business I know, I am. And had two kids with "She who must not be named". Anyway it was a unmitigated disaster a and met a person who is just awesome. I have seen some very skilled graphic designers that work together over the web, giving critiques and encouragement. Perhaps you should give your old desk a Viking funeral. Waiting for your new pics! Tio@ that is one mega Wacom tablet. Your new rig is going to emit waves of awesomeness detectable by satellite. Bummer you have to set it up only to move it again, you could keep it in the box and wait till you and your lady are all moved in.... Cheers m8, you should have it soon, any day now. Never noticed the Wacom in your picture! Is that the Cintique 24HD or 24HD Touch? I've been looking at moving up from an Intuos 5 that I've had for a while. You'll have to let me know how you like it when you get it going!
