Just registered and thought I'd post up and introduce myself.  I'm Ed63 (call sign Crusader), 44 years old and have been gaming for around 10 years now in the Battlefield series mostly.  I've  been in a few clans and have founded two of my own.  These credentials really mean nothing.  I just wanted you all to know I'm not some kid spouting off blather on your forums.  I also work for a sales and marketing firm for the last 15 years and have a very responsible lifestyle I nurture, except for my gaming habit, the wife thinks I'm a big kid when I'm in that world.

Ok, enough blather!  I don't know Digital Storm.  I just found out about you now searching for parts to build my own rig.  I built my last rig and it's brought me through almost 6 years reliably... until now.  The damn thing is about to make me pitch my chili!  It's locking up on me and runs way too hot and it talks way to loud these days (noisy).  It wants to say goodbye and, well, that is why I'm here.

I'm tired of messing with my rig and really don't have the desire to build another one so I'm thinking about using this company to build one for me.  Will I spend too much doing this?  Probably.  But I'm willing to shell out some coin to assure the proper build and mostly have someone else do it for me.  I travel extensively and just don't have time to mess with it.  Although, I want a rockin rig!

I want to read some fresh feed back on this company in this thread about their validity and sound business practices.  Yes, I've read many testimonies already in this site, but I want some fresh reading hear about why I should use you and not build my own (kind of a stupid statement considering the answer really is cost).  Nevertheless, I like what I'm seeing here and what I've already read, Digital Storm just needs to push me over the line to win my business.

So, let's here it!

No doubt all very compelling testimonials, and I hope I didn't offend anyone here at DS with any of my comments in my post.  I'm just trying to make sure this is all legit.

I submitted my tech specs when I did my upgrades on the rig that I'm looking to purchase from you and I included the wrong email for the tech to respond to me.  The email is legitimate, it just goes to the rig that is no longer accessible and I forgot that when I submitted it.

Can I have the tech that gets my request contact me at the email that I changed in my profile settings?  That goes through my exchange server at the office and is accessible via my laptop.  Please keep that email private since it is my office.

I will most likely buy from you guys considering you do have a very nice testimonial base.  I am extrememly customer service oriented simply because this is how I work in my line of business too.  I know that you will not maintain any customer base without a solid servicing ethic.  I also base my business practices on core values i.e, Integrity, Honesty, Teamwork, Trust and Loyalty.  These are the foundational values that I operate from in my business and life and I would expect nothing less from any company I do business with.  Core values alone define who you are as a person, much less a business.

Thanks for your quick response and I look forward to talking with the agent that contacts me about the rig I've submitted for review.

I tried a few to talk to a few companies befor I decided to go with this oe to build my pc. I didn't even get a call back or email from some of the other big ones.

I left a email with this company right before they were about to close and I got a call back 15 min later. I was stressing over my build ended talking to 3 people over the course of a week and all were very helpful and knowledgeable.

Besides the fact that you have someone from the company on their message boards at 9pm on a Saturday what more could you want. Thank you kelly.

I post more when I get my PcWink

Well I am not sure it's customer service or just the fact I lead a sad, lonely life to where I have nothing better to do than to play games and provide Support on a saturday night?
But regardless, this is what we do best!

Yes, I can see that you're determined to stay on top of things, Kelly.  Answering on Saturdays and Sundays does speak into your work ethic.  If the rest of your company is as dedicated as you seem to be, then I'm sure this will be a great alliance.

I reconfigured my rig specs just s bit so I resubmitted another ticket.  I hope that doesn't screw anything up.  I think all I did was change the case from the Pro to the Ultra.  Something about the Ultra case looks pretty sweet.  I do kinda feel a little giddy, like a high school girl, waiting for the tech to call me.  Just kidding.  No little girls here, but I think you get my drift.

Ok, I'm out.  Keep giving some input.  I like reading it.

My story is true.  I shopped around for awhile until I settled on DigitalStorm.  After visiting the forums, I am now addicted, the choice was clear.  I have never seen this type of customer service.  They are human like all of us, but if they make a mistake, they fix it.  Do your own research and you will see why DS rocks.
