If I buy a Vanquish 4 level 2 that has a GTX 960 which requires one pin6 connector, will the system come with extra connectors if i choose to upgrade to a 980 ti in the future?

Hi Yowie... Yes, the power supplies usually have a minimum of 2x Pcie 6+2 pin connectors for the graphic cards. The 6+2 is an 8 pin connector where 2 pins fold back if not needed.   So, a card needing 2x 8 pin or an 8 and 6 pin is all set.
