I purchased a computer on this site. I was very skeptical about it since it was my very first gaming desktop but the forums help me make a order. I'm confused since i ordered it on March 26 and it been like a week and a half and i'm still on stage one i'm very close to canceling my order. No, i have not called them but i will before hand but in the mean time maybe get some help on these forums.

I'm afraid there isn't anything we can check on in the forums. Others have expressed the same concern so my only thought is that they're extremely busy.

Tax return season, maybe? Perhaps everyone is buying computers instead of putting their returns into savings like responsible adults?
I kid, but for real, email or call them. Either there is a problem with your billing information or they are just backed way up due to tax return season... who knows. We can only speculate here. |

Hi, the best way to get an update on your order is to use the request help feature in our support section. Currently, there are a lot of shortages in the market (Power supplies, graphics cards, now cases). Send in a help request and our team will let you know what exactly is causing the delay in regards to your order. Hope that helps! I know the wait can be long but it'll be worth it .
