Help with desktop selection

I am looking to buying a new gaming computer and this site was recommended to me. I am not so savvy with building computers and am looking for some guidance in making the right choice.

I mainly play World of Warcraft and am looking for a computer that can put out 60 fps with it at max settings. Also a computer that can run Photoshop and other demanding programs pretty quickly. I may start playing some fps such as call of duty so I would want a computer that could handle games like that as well.

Something around the price range of the i7-enthusiast 2 would be good.

Help would be greatly appreciated.

I play WoW at a 1680x1050 resolution and I do enjoy high quality music.

I play on just a single monitor.
