1. How ordering works
A systems engineer works out the configuration with the people who will use it. Purchasing gets the paperwork.
Ask for a quote
Describe the work, or send a saved configuration. A systems engineer replies with pricing in one business day, servers included.
Check the itemized quote
Every part is listed, so purchasing sees what it pays for, and the quote lists the warranty terms. Quotes are valid for 30 days.
Issue the purchase order
Send the PO against our quote, with your tax-exemption certificate if your organization has one. Send purchase orders to Andrew Bain, [email protected]. Net 30 terms, subject to approval.
We build and ship it
The ship date is estimated per configuration. Every system runs a 72-hour full-load burn-in before it ships.

Vendor setup
We send a W-9, complete supplier portal forms and are registered on SAM.gov.
Through a prime contractor or reseller
Ordering through a prime contractor or a reseller? We quote to them, for the configuration a systems engineer sized with you.
Matching an earlier order or adding seats
Give us the order or quote number and how many you need. We price the same configuration and tell you which parts have changed since.
Price match
Send us a written quote for an equivalent system. If it is lower, we will match it, with our 72-hour burn-in, our support and an engineer on your build still included. Equivalent means the same processor, graphics card, memory, storage, power supply class and warranty length. The quote must be in writing, dated within the last 30 days, from an authorized seller, and sent before you order. Not for used, open-box or marketplace listings, or bundles with free extras. One match per order.
Academic and multi-system pricing
A 5% academic discount for universities and academic research organizations, or 5% off three or more identical systems. The two do not combine.

4. Questions from purchasing offices
Do you work with university and government purchasing?
Yes. Purchase orders are welcome, and orders are tax-exempt for eligible organizations: send the exemption certificate with the PO.
Can you fill out our supplier form?
Yes. Send the form or the portal invitation with your request, and ask for our W-9 at the same time.
Our quote has expired. Can you price it again?
Yes. Send the quote number: we price the same configuration and tell you which parts have changed since. Each quote is valid for 30 days.
What lead time should we put on the requisition?
Lead time is estimated per configuration, never one figure for every system. The configurator shows the estimated ship date for each build.
Can a business order be returned?
The 30-day return policy applies to business workstation orders, under our return terms.
