Thank you for taking the time to make a post on our forums. I am glad that after all of the research you did, you decided to make your investment with Digital Storm. Yet, I am sorry for the inconvenience that this unexpected situation has caused you.

While we do strive to be the perfect company as much as possible, situations can happen, and when they do, we try our best to resolve them and learn from them.

In your situation, Intel is experiencing an unexpected market wide shortage on their SSD drives, you'll see that our website now lists a backorder notice on the 480GB SSD you ordered as well. While Gerardo was trying to provide a general status plan when you spoke with him earlier, items like this sometimes are unexpected. Our team should have done a better job in notifying our customers of the delay. I apologize for the inconvenience.

Moving forward, what if we change the SSD to a lower capacity or to a model that we have in stock? We could also possibility try to special request an alternate brand if you really want the large 480GB size?

They will take care of you,trust me when i tell you this the man helping you here is the best in the business with helping customers.

That Laptop will be awesome when when you get it, killer specs. One thing i have learned is it is well worth the wait. I have not received my purchase yet. But i can assure you people spending this kind of money on Hardware would not give you false information on the forums,because Money is nothing anyone jokes about.

Hang tight they has to order my water blocks in as well.

I have thoroughly Researched every boutique builder and they are by far Superior in my eyes. Spending Almost 10 grand was a huge decision for me i would not lay my money down anywhere else. Your in good hands
