Hmm Not sure what is causing that issue at all, I have that exact monitor and it runs great at 60Hz. How is it connected? I am using an HD7970 atm with no issues DVI

I did indeed install the drivers from the CD. You should maybe check your display settings It could be an SLI issue, because of the non standard resolution?

Do you have another computer to also connect the display on to rule out it being a faulty display itself?

Are you sharing your desktop between the laptops display and the LG?
