Don't thank us, it's us who needs to thank you ! You have taken PC Rigs to an entire new level for us gamers and designers alike ! You have truly raised the bar in customer service, support, craftsmanship, integrity, and giving the people what they want. Without you many people would end up going the route of SO many of those bad "Ultimate PC" building companies and ending up with a sub-par and more expensive system.

Bravo, you guys deserve it and if you keep up the pace you have set, many more great things will come to you and us users alike !

Congrats on the 10 years!
I just ordered and spec'd a brand new black ops assassin last Friday and I cant be more excited or happy about getting my machine soon. I have to ask though, do any of you think I am eligible for the discount even though I purchased the computer last Friday? Its only been one business day.

You might email management, they tend to be pretty open to customer inquires such as that. I had a very similar instance, and though I wasn't able to get the discount, I was able to have an additional year added to my warranty. Again, I'm not a DS employee, so I can't guarantee anything, but its worth a shot Strong

It seems unfortunate however, that the Anniversary Sale does not of course, apply to the LAPTOP community portion of your Website of Products.  Once again, getting the SHAFT! :(

Well I just found about you 10 years in and bought my first DS masterpeice during this sale. So here is to many more years so I can play catch up.

So far very impressed with the service and cs and I don't even have a computer yet!!

I just hope this sales last long enough, as I am currently waiting for an income tax return, that should be here within the next week and I am quite excited that I will be getting the ODE level 1 if this sale stays in effects that long

The ODE 1 was already on sale so I don't belive it actually went down anymore. I just bought the ODE 3 and it is the same price sale and pre sale due to it always being 10% off.

At least that is what I have noticed
