Got my DS rig way back in 2007, and it is still kicking... granted, many (most!) of the parts have been upgraded but she is still a beast.

Just dropped a 1070 into it and it was like breathing new life into her. The 780Ti was a trooper for 3.5 years but when you have to go to medium settings its time for an upgrade!

Doom on ultra (1080p) pegged at 120 FPS. I need to replay the game just to experience it properly now!

Congrats.      Still looks great from here, nice and clean.    

I'm on my 3rd Doom play thru with my gtx 970 in a almost 6 year old motherboard, CPU...2500k.
