Alright Im almost ready to order but recently something has come to my attention, Some friends have told me that 1050W would break/ whatever the term is, the circuit/breaker/ plug in were you plug in the power supply to power the pc. I was wondering if it would drain to much power or what might happen. Because i will need the 1050 for future upgrades :p

Your friends either have no clue what they are talking about or they live in some 100+ year old house with bad wiring and a bad circuit breaker. The wiring and breakers in your house will not be affected by the 1050w or even the 1200w, unless as stated before it's some really old house that uses glass fuses instead of circuit breakers or something.
Some ultra high end machines actually use two power supplies. |

They also could in some house that is wired really bad and their outlet is on the same break as some appliance or something like that. You can run into that in some cheap houses or apartments where they didn't follow building codes. Or they have their computer in some dinning room attached to a kitchen and the outlet the computer is on is sharing a a breaker with something else.

till you get to draw more then 15amps you won't pop anything and you would be around that most times if you are above 1200w.
Did your friend tell you thins because he knows something about your house or did he say that because he thinks the psu will draw too much power? if he said it because of psu he is wrong, jm299 provided the rest of the info for you, and as he said if you have something that is already drawing lot of power on that circuit already, then yes that would pop it. jm266 who???
Anyways, my brother in-law is an electrician and he installed a new outlet for me just for my computer that's on it's own 30amp double circuit. Well I should say my computer and everything that goes with it like my monitor, desk lamp and other stuff that's all on the same surge protector. But nothing else in my apartment is on that circuit. he doesnt know anything about my house :P
Though by circuit do you mean the place where you plug everything in or do you mean the room thats the computer will be in, I am under the understanding that each room has its own circuit, if thats true than the computer will probably be fine, since the only things that drain power are the tv, router, modem, clock, and my xbox. :p |

Must be nice to have a electrician in the family
jm266? who is that I don't know I can tell you that I did't edit anything. @Zieno, depends on the setup, but most times each room has its own circuit, sometimes bath room share it with the bedroom. keep in mind just because you have a 1000w psu it does not mean that is how much you are drawing from the wall all the time, your pc should be around 700w or so give or take a bit.
