My budget is about 1,300 dollars and could anyone help me build a pc so that i can play games like left 4 dead 2 perfectly and that isnt so loud pleeeeeeaseeee also with a monitor, keyboard and mouse included

theres no way youll be able to order a DS system along with monitor keyboard and mouse for 1300

however you could configure just the build for 1300, but you have to skimp on all the goodies, this Config costs $1272

For such a tight budget build there's no reason to select the more expensive HAF 932, the 922 would do nicely.

And there's definitely no reason to not select the free CPU overclock, why would you unselect that?

$1284 total, youre on your own for shipping, monitor isnt going to happen. just save a little longer and get a cheap one
If you try and spend less than that, youre going to likely be buying out of date hardware and costing yourself more money in the long run
 
only way around that is to build one yourself, you can buy the parts for probably another 200-350 less than this
