after reading a post about someone deciding to sli or not
i decided to see how well the pc i have now runs in 1600x1024(max setting available to me in the list)

and complete garbage is what i got
it turns out my 32 inch tv,  only supports up to 1366x768
and from what i read ,  i wont see any significant change with sli at that res?

so will i even be able to utilize the dual gtx260's?  and by that, i mean there going to be a significant boost in performance, it has to help a little regardless, but money wise with the res i have available to me

if not im sure i could find something else to upgrade
ticket- 198571 if the sli isnt needed
i could be completely off in this subject im still trying to learn what i can
and thanks again for any advice
and for some reason ive had the urge to edit this at least 6 times

1366x768, one card is fine, specially a 260 gtx

if you keep your current PSU, you can always add a second card later if you need it for a higher resolution
