So I am looking at both laptops, with I7 cores. Other then the keyboard back-lighting which is neat and all, why is the X15E worth $500 more dollars?
Also I would love more details on the keyboard and the extra features. |

You should post this in the config section, more eyes will see it.
I'm not laptop buff but I think the gpu in the x15E is better and the mobo and etc is different, but I'm not sure wait till the guys that have it and know about it respond. Edited by DST4ME - 26 Feb 2013 at 1:38pm |

The main reason is that the gpu is a lot better on the x15E. The x15E's 670MX is a much better card than the xm15's 630M.
The xm15 is more for people who don't do a lot of gaming but need a powerful processor like the i7. The x15E is a true gaming laptop. Here are two links that show the performance of each card with various games: 630M 670MX If you are looking to configure a laptop we can definitely help out with that in the config forums. Hope this helped! |
