$1900 New P.C running super low fps rate

I just got me my vanquish 7 level 4 form digital storm pretty recently an I am trying to run Rainbow six siege. My problem is that I am running fps at about 20-30 fps on the possible lowest settings an this is a huge problem since this is my favorite game. I haven't messed with the pc at all so everything is at default or untouched since I received it. I really want to go pro on this game but I can not when I have low level spec running on a grand ~ $2000 P.C. i thought this could of been of mistake since I have a rtx 20 series an I have a intel i7 idk whats going on an i been dealing with it for a few days now an was hoping to find some hopeful answers because these specs should sky rocket to be honest. I waited two months to get this P.C I really dont want to wait another few extra weeks to get it checked...

Sounds like your monitor is plugged into the motherboard video port instead of the graphics card.    Don’t use the video ports near the audio and USB ports, but lower down where the graphics card is.   There might be plastic caps over the connections that you can remove.

DUDE YOU ARE SO BOMB HAHAHA YOU FIXED MY PROBLEM IN 0.2 SECONDS AFTER I DEALT WITH THIS ISSUE FOR SO MANY DAYS HAHAHA I WENT AS FAR AS MAKING A TICKET FOR THIS :( SADLY LET ME CANCEL IT MAYBE YOU CAN HELP ME WITH MY AMP PROBLEM I'LL EXPLAIN IN A BIT <3 THANK YOU SO MUCH I AM VERY HAPPY WITH THIS SO MUCH :) PUT THE ONLY SMILE ON MY FACE WITH THIS PC RUNNING SUPER HIGH FPS

My next issue has to do with a Audio Amplifier from turtle beach which is their tac amp I have the Turtle beach elite pros headset as well pc edition an it has come to my attention that my amplifier just isn't working really after making it or setting it as my default communication device I keep receiving this error saying this format wasnt found or something any help?

Super you got it working.

Headphones.... make sure your TAC amp is set to PC.   Also, right click your speaker icon in lower right of task bar, select Playback Devices, click your headphones and set as Default.

yeah I have it set to my pc both have been recognized by it the only one that actually works is just my headset the amp when set to default no sound just want to come out of it :( I even try set as communication device an nothing as well through the playback tab. all the equipment is brand new too.

Headphones.... I don’t use those headphones, but some do require a splitter if using the pink and green ports.     I can’t explain much more.   I’m new.   Lol

I'm shocked it displayed anything. Typically onboard is disabled by default once a GPU is inserted.

Holy crap I did the same thing, star wars was crashing at max settings, but it was the wrong port on my lumos. Thanks for the easy fix

It is a very common mistake, more so if the gpu ports are covered with protecting caps.
