Hello all, I have been building a ton of rigs on the website to fit with what I want. Now ill keep it simple and stright to the point.
1. I want to spend about 2500-2600 2. I want to be able to run every game I can think of on nivida srround setup. Doesnt have to be 3d. 3. Any Game on max settings on max res on three monitors. 4. I want to make sure that I can SLI the Graphics card in the future also I want PLENTY of room to upgrade. This is what I came up with so far. I do want to OC so I do want the performace fans plus I live in flordia so the Temperature Display is also a plus. My air is always on 73-72 so it wont be too hot. Its just nice to make sure I dont overheat my computer as that is how my laptop died. Any comments would be very helpful. I spent alot of time reading alot of reviews and such and I love that i have picked Digital Storm over everyone else. Thanks guys :D EDIT: I forgot to mention if I could get some insight on cooling. Can I save money by getting something else. Cooling is one thing im not familer with. From what i heard the hailstorm is for true watercooling only and the Vortex won't work because its not true watercooling at all.

Hi savo..... That is a nice build, but if you want the best gaming performance for your budget, I would recommend the ODE level 4. For the same price as your build you'll get sli, 2x gtx670 for much better gaming than single 680 Classified.
It also has SSD for fast boots and heavy game rendering and a better cpu cooler. From your other thread I know you're looking for a blue lighting scheme but I personally wouldn't sacrifice performance for looks but thats me. A great looking rig is nice so your call as always. See what you think and good luck. Edit,.... I just helped another also wanting a blue color scheme. See if this helps you and good luck.

ArkansasWoman777: Thanks I guess I would have to get the Stage 3 Water cooling then. bprat22: I do love the ODE 4 but heres my issue. Its Z77 I kinda of wanted a Z79 so when I replace my cpu in a few years with a 6 core I am able to. Also I wanted to 1050 PSU so I dont have to buy a new one for any reason because it should handle everything. Also One more thing, if I got 2x gtx 670s I wouldnt beable to add another one right? because I got one 680 so I can add one in the next year or so. I dont know if I said this in the first post but I guess im trying to spend more to make it easily upgradable lol :D Thanks for your help you 2 :D I do love how much support I am getting. Other sites I still have not got a responce lol

I just want to mention, in the random event you did indeed mean how I read it..
You cant add a 680 with a 670. They have to be the same card. Can 670s be SLI'd? Yes. |
