I'm interested in the Acer Predator line of monitors does anyone have a suggestion for 2K monitors that they really enjoyed?

Best 2K is the (Dell) Alienware 34” WQHD IPS AW3418 DW......
I use a slower Dell Ultrasharp 34” WQHD IPS   U3417W....
Asus also makes some good IPS WQHD monitors...
Quality ....

LOL...Experience and well researched panel choices sir.   I used a long line of solid Dell Ultrasharps at work for a couple decades.

There are 6 Dell Ultrasharp IPS panels currently in constant use at my house that have never once failed... while I have had to change or upgrade computers they are driven by a few times...lol. They are always still working well when it's time to upgrade and rotate them out of use.   That has been my experience with Dell monitors for the last 30 yrs...LOL.

I have a 27inch Acer Predator 2K monitor. Very pretty and good performance in gaming. My only "issue" with it involved getting it initially set up. There is a ton of information online and through the Acer website... But it took a lot of tweaking to get optimal image performance and GSync stability. After a ton of tweaking, it has been great!

I have an Predator X-34 and it's been an excellent monitor. No difficulty with setup. The only thing is occasionally I wish I have more width with some programs.

One thing I forgot to mention that I really like about the Acer monitor...it is VERY sturdy! The stand is really solid. As the monitor is adjustable by angle and rotation I rally appreciate having a sturdy monitor. I have owned some others that you bump even a little and it feel like it will fall apart. Not this monitor!

I bought the Dell S-Series 27-Inch (Model S2719DGF).

(2560 x 1440) - Up to 155 Hz although I just run it at 144 Hz. I think its a 1 ms response time if that matters. It is NOT a IPS monitor. It is a TN panel, but since I am the only one looking at it and I sit dead center, it is pretty sweet for my needs.

Thin bezel, and really affordable (like sub $300).

I spent months looking at monitors, and covered curved, widescreen, ASUS ROG specs, the Predator line, MSI, etc etc., and the Dell gave me the best bang for the buck since this was my first 27 inch and 1440p monitor.

Overall I am very happy with the purchase.
