Config ID 3856079

Ordered - March 27
Stage 1 - March 29
Stage 2/3 - April 6
Stage 4/5 - April 7
Stage 6/7/Shipped - April 8 shipped earlier than anticipated - Alex had quoted May 17th when I emailed him on April 2nd.
Delivered - April 13

Overall the buying experience was just as easy as it was 10 years ago.

Very happy with the new rig, but it wasn't without a flaw... RAM was bad and couldn't get in any game without BSOD, ran the Memory Diag tool in windows and it confirmed it was faulty RAM. I understand stuff happens especially with electronics, but shouldn't this have been caught during burn-in? This discouraged me a little, but again sh*t happens, maybe this was a 1 off instance. I will still stand behind Digital Storm and their products purely off the Tech Support, Alex and the warranty they back.

I did create a ticket with Tech Support they RMA'd the RAM - I did tell them I'm not going wait on RAM(I went out and bought 4x8gb 3200 Corsair Vengeance Pro) and to see if there was something else we could work out ie. sending case fans in lieu of the new RAM. Still waiting to hear back on this.

So after all that day 2 of receiving the PC it is up and running flawless and even with the RAM issue I once again could not be happier with this purchase. My son who is 17 says when he gets a "real" job and money he'll buy from Digital Storm, if he does he cannot go wrong.

If I ever have PC needs again there is no other place I will look I will keep coming back just as I did when I bought this.

**SIDE NOTE** I did go out and buy a lg ultragear 27gl850-b to pair up with this beast!

It's exactly what I would recommend at your price point. Well done. Sorry about the RAM, you may be assured it worked before it left DS. I hope you get those fans!

DS did agree to send me 5 fans in lieu of RAM and I ended up purchasing 2 more to complete the "set". Overall very satisfied with my whole experience once again. Customer Service Reps and Tech Support were top notch when dealing with them for the fan/RAM swap. As I stated in my original post, if anyone I know wants to buy a prebuild custom PC there is no where other to turn than right here, even with a hiccup I'll still rate Digital Storm 10 out of 10!
