I am seeing the GTX 275 card being recommended alot lately and I was wondering how it stacks up to the GTX 285.

Is the cost of 2xSLI GTX 285 vs 2xSLI GTX 275 worth it. How much of a performance gain will you see if the configurations will be the same other than the video cards?

pretty close, I'm gonna show you the single card performance you can see how close they are:

Crysis WARHEAD:

Far Cry 2:

Mass Effect:

once you are in a dual sli, your performance will be over 80fps, at which point fps won't really matter much cause the difference is very little. meanwhile the price difference is huge.

what resolution will be gaming at? why not just post your ticket number here and let us refine it for you

keep in mind the resolution you want to play at. Anything under a 22 inch monitor is just a waste SLI wise.

What I would like to know is it worth the extra cost to go with the 2x 285 GTX or 2x 275 GTX. I will be gaming on a 22 inch monitor at 1680x1050. What I am trying to ask is the upgrade to the 2x 285's is $400. Will I see $400 worth of performance increase?

Also why is digital storm not offering the cooler master V10?

you are best going with 2 x 275, as you can see the perfromance is very close to 2 x 285 and you will save alot of money, I say 2 x 275 is worth it here.

you can ask DS for the v10 if it fits
