can't comment on the build, without knowing what resolution its suppose to run, just like exercise, too much is not a good thing.

there are something that needs to be changed, let us know what size monitor you are looking at or better yet what res you are expecting.

1. is there a reason you changed the case?
2. is the extra 250W really needed?
3. the memory fan kit does it make that much of a difference?
4. why not over clock the gtx 480 sense i am only running one?

1. Dst4me loves the HAF case cause it got pretty good cooling but im with u i sorta like the FT02 better than haf, its your choice some say HAF got better cooling others say the FT02(assassin)
2. he gave u the 1250W psu because you will need the power if you choose to upgrade to duel gpu's
3.the memory fankit helps cool ur ram and is pretty cheap so u should get it
4.gtx 480 already runs very hot and OCing it only makes it hotter. OCing the 480 also only adds a few fps which wont be noticable for your human eyes so its pointless

i got all these from reading forum so yea not my own experience

1. haf has much better airflow, and when you are on air, you want good airflow.

2. for the nvidia system, if you want to be able to go sli in the future then you need the bigger psu.

3. its always nice to have but not a necessity, its only $35 tho.

4. DS oces the cards very little so the gain is very little and in most games at your res you would never notice the difference anyways.

for dual sli with 480, you gonna want the 1250w psu, a 1200w will do also, but here you want either the corsair or enermax psu.
