3 month long wait for laptop..

I ordered the x17E laptop in mid Feb of 2012.. I have been waiting ever sense, until this day...  My first order was discontinued.. I had to place another order again..  Is there some kind of discount when a SITUATION like this happens???

I'm sorry for the delay on the x17E line. It's based on a Clevo barebone with is affecting all system integrators such as us. It's been a difficult situation for us as well because the last thing we like to see is our customers wait and then the ETA gets pushed further. In all honesty, it's because Clevo ran into an issue and wants to make sure the chassis is perfect and lasts a very long time.
 
I completely understand how you feel, we do have a lot of customers waiting for this unit. We would really love to give a discount due to the delay, the only issue is that these units are priced very, very aggressively, there is no room for price movement on them.
 
However, I do express that you are on the top of the list and we're pushing Clevo to get the units as quickly as possible, once we receive them, your order will be shipped right away.
 
We can always change your chassis to a different model if you wish?
