I own a Digital Storm PC that is now 3 years old and I never thought I would ever say this about their company. But your new PC(s) are way over priced for what you get in them. In addition, your Quality assembly has gone down hill big time. When I received my computer I file a complain to your company about how poorly built the system and sent in back to you for repairs. Which at time seem to have been corrected. But a year ago the system started developing problems. I found the custom built liquid cooling system started to develop a problem. The reservoir level started to drop and I called your service about it. They told the liquid coolant tends to evaporator overtime and that I would need to refill it. Well needless to say I asked the service person on how to do it and he told me that I would have to remove the DVD drive to it to gain access to the system. Which I did. But, I ask you who in the right mind would ever put a reservoir refill access port right below a DVD drive? Also, on the first day when I receive the system the graphics cards failed and some fans were not installed. Which was strange since they included the so call test report of the system which showed everything was working perfectly.
If I didn't live in New Jersey I would have packed up the system and demanded for them to build it right. |

Curious what system specs you have. Some case enclosures have limited options on where to mount a reservoir. That said, I would want at least a fill tube for easy access for topping off the fluid, so I get your point. If I went water, I'd pay the extra to have one installed, or do it myself early on.

To answer your question I have the Cosmos II case with the XSPC liquid cooler they installed. Here is a link to the unit below and I can tell you it wasn't cheap from them. In fact, they should have called me the customer to tell me the case they will be using allow NO ACCESS to the refill hole and recommend a different one. But instead they were more interested in making a sales and damning the customer. Which is sad for a company with a so reputation for caring about the customer. Also, to make matters worst one time I had to send the system back to them to for an issue they created and I requested for the support person I was speaking with to have the FedEx driver come pickup the computer at my doorstep since it was to big to fit in car to bring to the nearby FedEx office. Well needless to say I took a day off after work and waited for the driver to come and pick it up. Well they never came and I lost a days paid because of it. So I called The DS office and told them the FedEx driver never came and you would believe what there office told me. Someone in their warehouse shipping department canceled the pickup because it would cost their office too much money to do it. Well needless to say I was very pissed off at them and I had to take another day without paid and figure out a way to strap the computer box to my car and driver to the damn FedEx office myself. Which I did and I was sweating bullets the whole time to the delivery office hope the computer would not fall off the car while getting to the location. Now I ask you this, where in the hell does a company shipping department get the right to over turn the company's main office decision in doing something right for the customer! DS use to be a great company to me since this was my second system I purchased from them. But now since my passed bad experience with them and replacing a number of bad parts and having heat issues with the system. I am now questioning it is whether it or not to buy another system from them at their current prices and so far it doesn't appear to be worth it. Which is sad since this company use to care about the customer when they first started out. Now all they seem to care more about making a Quick buck and damn the customer. So I cannot post the link to the liquid cooler that I am using because their damn forum system with not allow it. So here is the name of the company and the model my system is using: XSPC model Twin D5 Dual bay reservoir/pump combo.
