I currently have:
Intel Core 2 Duo E6700 2.67GHz 1066MGz FSB 4MB Cache Conroe
eVGA Core 2 Quad nForce 680i MOBO
nVidia GeForce 8800GTX 756MB
4GB DDR Super Talent 800MHz Dual Channel RAM
I purchased my system running Windows XP 32 bit.
I am now running Windows 7 64 bit.
My system recognizes the 4 GB of ram in my system, but only seems to be able to use 2.7 physical ram.
How do I get my system, CPU and MOBO (if that is needed) to use/recognize my full 4gb of ram? I basicly need my system to go 64 bit now instead of 32.

All Core 2 processors are 64 bit. You just need a 64-bit operating system to utilize more than 4GB of RAM. Are you sure you are running a 64-bit operating system? You need to do a fresh install of Windows 7 64-bit.

Yes I'm definately running 64 bit OS. I down loaded some updates last night and here is what my system info is reading now.
Installed physical memory (RAM) 4 GB
Total physical memory 4 GB
Available physical memory 3.03 GB
Total virtual memory 8 GB
Available virtual memory 6.53
Above that my system type is x64 based pc
However I'm also showing a system directory C:\windows\system32
I also have two program file folders on my C drive. One is Program Files and the other is Program Files (x86)
Some thing just doesn't seem right. I reformated my drive and set up Raid 0 with my two 250GB hard drives and for some reason Windows 7 64 wasn't taking it and I wasn't able to move forward. A friend of mine came over to assist and although he had the same Windows 7 on his system he initially couldn't get Windows 7 to load on my system either.
He asked for my original system disk which I gave to him along with a 3.5 floppy that had Raid 0 drivers on in. At one point for a brief moment my system read some thing off of the old system disk and then later it read off of the raid 0 disk. At that point I was able to load windows 7. It just wouldn't take off on it's own for some reason.

More quasi info. The program I'm using is Windows 64 and certain screens do indicate this, but there are other applications that when I run them are making refference to win32 :( If I were to geuss I'm some how running Windows 7 64 on top of a 32 bit system in other respects. I have no idea. As you can tell I'm not a techie. I just wish we could have have gotten Win 7 to accept my bios changes to raid 0.
If what I've typed doesn't seem right and there is a problem will a fresh install of Windows 7 resolve the matter or is there more involved? I could keep speculating, but I'll wait for another reponse at this point.

There might be an option in your BIOS called memory remapping that needs to be enabled.
