drop the 960 CPU, use the 920, that will help with the price, and have zero impact on performance.
may want to change the RAM to 1600, I don't know what timings the 1866 is, so it might be worth it, might not.
your CPU cooling, I would go with the Noctua air cooling, or get a real water cooling setup.
power supply, might want to change it to the Corsair 1000 watt, very nice power supply.
the LED fans are a bit loud without a fan controller, so I would either drop them, or add a fan controller.

Wow i originally wanted an I7 975 but was not available and you are saying I should just go with a 920? I guess I was going a bit nuts. The rest i will look and get back to you.

I thank you most kind.

No, the 920 will be good for a long time.. there will be a 12 thread enthusiast chip next year called the i9, but it will not be needed for gaming for a long time.. A well overclocked 920 will be good for a while. 4-5 years.
The RAM,  going down to 1600Mhz speed will show you basically the same performance, looks like the timings are the same..
Also with the 1866 RAM,  will give you an overclock of 3.9Ghz, if they run the RAM at full speed. Not sure if they do that or not.. lol
