Hello,
 I ordered my computer online on  President's Day for the 15% off. I got my first invoice with 10% off then 5% off. My order was not put in by your sales team til Tuesday. When I got my new invoice the 5% off was taken off. Seeing that I did my order Monday during the sale I should still get the sale price. There for I would like to have my credit card credited the amount owed to me. I beleave the amount will be around $98 if it's taken before the 10%, $89 after..

Keep in mind prices are normally "10% off", not so much a sale as they are just their normal base price. The President's Day sale was just an extra 5% cheaper than that.

Not saying 5% can't be significant, just saying he might be confusing the sale price and thinking that it was supposed to be 15% cheaper than current prices, when it is only a 5% difference. Smile

ahhhhh yes. I think what hes getting at is taking off 15% from the price opposed to taking 10% then 5% off.
