So I ordered my Velox on October 6 and didn't hear a thing for about week. I was finally told there was a problem with their supply system notifying people and went through Stages 2-4 pretty quickly.

Then I hit the dreaded stage 5.

I've been in Stage 5 since Oct 20 with no further updates.

DS, this is my first purchase from y'all, and you're killing me!

Help me Alex, you're my only hope!

Might be a coincidence, but I just got notice of Stage 6.
