Which should i go with, the Nvidia 750i mobo or the 780i?
I want to overclock easily and it last for a long long time, and they are only $40 dollars apart in price. Is there any pros or cons i should know about these mobos?

The main difference between the 750i and 780i is how SLI works. The 750i will run one card at x16 or two cards at x8 while the 780i runs up to 3 cards at full x16.

The 780i also has couple more USB ports.

If by lasting a long long time meaning the ability to upgrade. I'm afraid that might not be possible as Intel is introducing a brand new socket with Nehalem and that the current Core 2 line up are the last ones on socket LGA775. But you'll still have the ability to upgrade the GPU...

Yes, the EVGA 750i FTW edition do run both cards at full x16 speed. That's the reason why it's priced at almost $200.

But the reference board from Nvidia runs two cards at x8 speed.
