I do remember that there is 1 of our customer service has been contacted you about the change of your value black case to value silver case? If that is you, and you do accept the change, your system will going out on Friday or no later than Monday.

Your system is on the testing today, if there is no any fail issue, your system will going out on Monday or no later than Tuesday.

i've called a couple times and the last update i had is that its hopefully going out on monday.

Does the customer service area work for most people?
