ok, so what about it?  lol ... just kidding.. you didnt write anything as to what you will be using the rig for so its hard to determine if this rig meets your needs.  But that config looks just about right over all though...
 
What resolution monitor you using?  Not sure if you really need the 2.5gb versions of the GTX570 GPU's.... but depends on your resolution.
 
Also I would switch windows to professional

Hold up! By dual moniters do you mean gaming on both if you do you need x79, if your gaming on one and something else on the other your fine
