First forum post yay  Star

Ok I just have a few questions.....

1. Should I install the JMicron drivers from the EVGA x58 3x sli classified cd?

2. In the BIOS if power state is 1 that sets the computer to not go into sleep mode right?

3. Should turbo performance in BIOS be enabled if you are using a Intel Core I7 980x?

Thanks.Angry

JMicron drivers as in.. Jmicron SATA ports? Never use those, they are so much slower than normal SATA ports off of the ICH10R it's pathetic.

JMicron drivers as in I'm guessing drivers for whatever things made by JMicron on the motherboard.

Dustin, I assume you're overclocking that 980x so turbo performance off.

You may wish to look at this thread about mine. I do need to post my complete BIOS settings.

Yes it will be overclocked so I'm guessing no turbo mode and no turbo performance for a OC'd 980x.

But on the power state with it set to 1 the computer will not go into sleep mode right? Star
