Honestly, I'm frustrated and dissatisfied at the moment with my PC. It's not digital storms fault, but I've only had this PC for about 6 months and already they think my gpu is malfunctioning. If i've got to buy a new one, I might just see want to see about returning the PC entirely.

Is returning a PC that I'm unhappy with an option?

DS has the final say, but I don't believe there is a policy of accepting returned systems.
  
I don't know all the facts, but you do have a 1 year parts warranty on the system.  If the graphic card is faulty, and not caused by the customer, you can get it replaced for the cost of shipping.

Parts fail. Give tech support a chance. They can take remote control of your PC for troubleshooting and send you a new GPU.

As mentioned above, from the details you've given up it sounds like you could probably get a new GPU for cost of shipping.

Either way, give DS a shout to figure this out.
