Please, please, please never outsource tech/customer support to India.  Keep it in the Bay.  I love it that when I talk with/discuss things with you guys, I feel sure that I know exactly what you're saying, and you know exactly what I'm saying.

:D

Just something that popped into mind after dealing with tech support from a different company for work purposes earlier today.  It does make a HUGE difference.  Love you guys!

I couldn't agree more.  It just means more to the customer when you guys can run into the next room and physically verify any concerns we have with our systems.  Keep up the great work!

Absolutely couldn't agree more.  You may save a bunch of money doing that, but you will lose who you are right now.

Stay real guys!

Yeah, I agree whole heartedly. Please keep us phone people here in the bay! LOL Seriously though, I do hate it when I get a hold of an outsourced call center employee. It makes me feel like the whole company doesn't care.

We would never outsource our calls. We want to be a company that cares about our customers.

Even though you guys at DS are three thousand miles away from me (I'm in Atlanta), I feel completely connected to my support team. Way to go DS! Keep up the good work!

Thats one main reason i made my puchase. Got quick email responses ,not rushed off the phone, and Kelly spoke english. I would've hung up and not gone any further if I heard a Patel with broken english. Sorry no offense to anyone individual but.........   I had to go through that with my Hp laptop when i bought ext warranty after hours call got sent right to oversea's call center. Had to repeat everything twice and wait for them to read out of a book to give me a reply.*&$#@!    If my pc that I'm waiting for is as good as customer support so far I will be satisfied.

If you throw slurs around like that maybe you deserve to have had problems with your laptop.

The India customer service is why I swore absolutely never to buy from Dell again!

I think one of the hardest and damaging things we can do is try and determine the inflection of ones internet voice on forums.

I think a good rule of thumb when posting on forums is not try and defend others against what we think is an offense.  With good judgment and wisdom we can realize intent in the written word, so I would never assume ones' motives off of what is being typed.

Now, go outside and play before I have to stop this car.  I will come back there... try me.
