A software that adds input lag to a controller

   I’m a game dev and I’m trying to find a software to add input lag to a controller. My idea is for a fighting game with large amounts of input lag with each button input, and I’m trying to see if it would be fun to play by testing out other fighting games with even heavier lag.

I’m thinking somewhere between 1 and 2 seconds of input lag, so about 60-120 frames of lag. Is there a software that can do that? Would I be able to make a program like that quickly? Would I be able to use a macro program just to create a delay?https://tweakbox.mobi/https://getappvalley.com/
