I am buying my first high end custom PC build, so I was new to the whole process. I am in stage 7 currently, and should be getting my PC soon. I just want to say thank you to all the DS employees that I have come into contact with. This is probably the worst time ever to buy a high end PC, and I was not the best customer in understanding that. Between the Covid Pandemic and the 30 series delays, I was not a patient customer. Thank you all for being kind and understanding, and most of all patient with me. My review on you customer service will be nothing but praise and high remarks. I know you guys are all working hard and doing your best possible job. Thank you for keeping us all sane during lock downs and quarantines with your great product. Although to a true gamer like myself, these have just been another day to me. Again thank you so much, I am really looking forward to getting my hands on my rig and having a blast exploring it.

I feel like I can relate! I am by no means a patient person, but I can certainly tell you that the individuals manning the phones at Digital Storm have been more than helpful with keeping me updated. It also helps in some roundabout way to comb through these forums, reading about people that have received their builds. I guess their stories, played out through their posts, reaffirm the fact that that although the anticipation may be excruciating at times there is a light at the end of the tunnel.

And that light will be ridiculously overpowered, and will have Ray tracing/DLSS support by the oodles & boodles
