Reboot the PC and press DEL to get into the BIOS screen. And from there, you'll find an option to reset to default settings.

yep, that blue screen is your Bios. load defaults mean that you will restore the default settings , voltages , and clock speeds on your motherboard.

Random reboots are caused by a lot of things other than an unstable overclock..

Default Q9550 speed is 2.83GHz so the bus speed is 333.25MHz and multiplier is 8.5. The vcore can range from 0.85v to 1.36v depending on chip.

It could be that your hardware came loose during shipping and not properly seated. Reseat the RAM, GPU, and make sure all the cables are properly connected.

Check the temperature of your CPU, GPU, and HDD with software such as HW Monitor. Ideal idle temperatures should be under 45C for CPU, 65C for GPU, 35C for HDD.

Have you scanned for viruses recently? Some viruses cause random reboots.

It could also be due to corrupted files and a number of other things =\
