the only thing to counter noise is gonna be Lcing everything. Fans=noise so the less fans u have the less noise it makes. Either that or upgrade all the stock fans to less noiser ones, but either way it gonna cost a bit.

stock fans for the haf are not that loud, so I think you should be ok, most of your noise will come from your gpu fans, you can set the fans for the gpu to auto as you know so that they are loud only when you game.

for 1600 x 1200 you need one, above that you need 2 GPUs. you are going with air, so go with one, if you see you need another, just drop another in

Those aren't to bad, besides I'll be playing games like Gmod and spore.
The only problem I have is that I have the money to buy two GTX 275 and have dual loop LC for them both, but I don't want to spend that money. Makes decision making harder when you know you could go bigger and better. |

In all honesty, its a great build. If your not wanting to spend the extra money now. Just go with the 1 GTX 275 and when the prices go down a bit more, you can add a second one.

Gratz General!! Great build. You will not have any noise problems. There isn't a game out there right now you will not be able to play. I am really happy that you are finally taking the plunge. You will have a great system for many years to come.
You will probably have your system before I do, and my original order was in May, lol. Hopefully, though, that will be a blessing in disguise (for me). My new system should be much better. At least I believe that DS will make things right. In fact, I am so confident in DS, that I will be basing my review entirely on the new system that I receive (not even officially ordered yet), and the customer service during the entire experience. Which is why you haven't seen a review from me yet. I expect the review to be all positive.
You know what would be cool as hell, would be for Sarah, Eric, Jason, Alex, and Venom to autograph the back of my new owners certificate (lol). I could then put it next to my Lord British autographs. I am not entirely sure who does what at DS yet. So far I just know them as individuals, and THAT speaks volumes to how well the company's owners run things. I had no idea that Jason and Alex were the owners.
At my place of business, the owners make sure that everyone knows just who exactly the owners are. They also go out of their way to make sure that you know that you are NOT one of the owners. Sad. More company's should realize that their employees are pseudo owners, if only in a sense that they also have a stake in how well the company does. I need to take care of my family just as much as the owner of my company does. Perhaps I do not have the monitary investment that they do at stake, but I have a vested desire to see the company do well.
I am not going to pretend that I know all that goes on at DS, but it sure looks to me like they are doing things right. Great job you guys!

My computer is almost here, it took them until the estimated delivery to reach the half way point, so I'm guessing at this rate it will take 3 days for the 4 hour drive. I just hope it is in good condition.

I got it today, seems to be working fine exept the front fan is still red when I asked them to order a blue one from coolermaster, not sure if they charged me for it, i'll have to ask.
