Accessory bundle shipping charge != free shipping

   I've looked onsite quite a while to answer this question without luck. Can anyone point me to a disclosure regarding shipping charges applied to a monitor (which is part of an accessory bundle promo) ?

Because my online order this morning ended at an Error Page after clicking the "process order" (or whatever it was called) button, the very first I heard that the free shipping promo does not include the monitor was at the very end of the subsequent phone conversation to complete the order, when the final price quoted was higher than I'd expected. I was informed the price included a $29.95 shipping charge for the monitor.

It's possible I just didn't see this info, but the terms "free shipping" and "$29.95 shipping charge" seem inequivalent to me. I'd have ordered anyhow had I known ahead of time, but I'd prefer to know beforehand.

Related to this, the pre-configuration page that offers a link to "details" on the promos available really doesn't contain any details that would be helpful to know (shuch as "Accessory bundle promo does not include monitor shipping charge." ).

Any comments?

	Bill, The 'Free Shipping' is for the computer. During the checkout process on the shipping details page, it does state that shipping for accessories is not free such as a: monitor, speakers, display, UPS, etc..
