is this possible, and easy to do. does it have enough power? Does it come with the right cables. And is there anything special i may have to do to run two gtx780 cards?  I have never run two graphics cards before, and i happen to have a spare gtx 780.

Yep. If you have a sli capable motherboard like Gryphon and a 1000watt power supply then adding another card is no problem.

The motherboard that comes standard on the L1 and L2 do not support SLI and the power supply is probably not enough to support two 780s. If you change that motherboard to the Gryphon and bump the power supply to a 1000W+ then they will work fine.

This is pretty much the minimal I would suggest for a 780 SLI rig for $2201:http://www.digitalstormonline.com/comploadvirtue.asp?id=923314

You could save a bit of money by going down to 8GB of system memory, but other than that I think that is around where you will see the best performance with a 780 SLI machine. Upgrades you might want to consider are a 256GB SSD and the 780 Ti, ACX cooled GPU, depending on your budget. Also, adding another front and either one or two top 140mm fans to improve cooling.

Here is a review that compares Nvidia's higher end graphics cards: http://www.anandtech.com/show/7492/the-geforce-gtx-780-ti-review
