I would prefer to keep it around $3500 or below.
This is including a monitor. Also I would prefer the corsair case.

this can run a monitor of 1900 x 1200 in games with high settings, now finding a good monitor for the money left over is a different story.

move the 1TB HDD to HDD2 and for HDD1 add a ssd when the prices come down next year., use the clone guide in my sig to move everything over easily.

look for a monitor that has the same Viewing Angle, both vertical and horizontal, and is at or above 170°, this is a sign of a quality panel on a monitor, assuring great picture quality.

I'm not monitor expert, I just know the basics.
