I am not really sure if this system is going to be enough to max out games or run on ultra high/high settings.  I am sure others will chime in and provide some better feedback but your budget is a little on the low side for a full out customized rig that will allow ultra high or high settings ... other members can give more info on this...also,  have you checked out the Ode preconfigured rigs?
