Hello there, Looking for advice on a build for my second DS rig. (The first one was just that good.) Budget is about $5,000 (maybe a little more). I have keyboard, mouse, monitor and speakers. Gaming 70-80% - FPS Medal of Honor and RPG Fallout 3 and NV some RTS- still a fan of COH. Some movies and office work. I'm wondering if it could be upgraded to 3D later. Thanks for your thoughts-help. I'm also interested in finding out the difference between Creative and Auzen sound cards, Are Auzen Cards really better than Creative?
My current machine is over three years old and thought it time to get a new one. Thanks again. |

Azun vs creative.....thats a judgmnt call each has their ups and downs. With creative you pretty much know any game has been tested with it, with Azune, not so much.
If you want to do 3D later, I would upgrade to the 1200 watt power supply, knock it back to 6GB of memory since you didnt mention any usage that would require more than 6GB. You really do not need 2 BluRay Drives, I would think you could get MS Office at a better price elsewhere. Update to the free promo 4 year warrenty. |
