Looking for some reccomended changes and upgrages, will be using this computer for gaming on a 21.5" 1920X 1080 ASUS monitor.
 
Current games: BF3, Skyrim, Wow (quiting for either rift or the old republic)
 
trying to stick with a medium sized case, nothing too huge since im in the military and staying in a small shared room .

Looks pretty good for the most part... I myself have read that the Corsair H100 is better than the H80 in both acoustics and cooling performance, if that's worth $30.
You should be able to hit Stage 2 OC either way with the H80 or H100.

A GTX 680 is overkill for a single 1080p monitor, but it's good for future investments—SLI with the 680 is phenomenal, though the HD 7970 crossfires better with just two cards—and the 680 will perform better than the previous forum recommendations of 2x 570s.


I don't know what dimensions you've got for the space the case is filling, but cases that utilize a vertical motherboard orientation (e.g. the Silverstone Raven 2) are more squat than a normal ATX case.
I haven't spooled through all of the DS cases to know which takes up the smallest volume, but looking at a handful, the AeroCool AeroEngine Plus is the smallest by volume.


Otherwise, it looks pretty good to me.

Thanks for the advice, will still be about  months before i order it, nearing the end of my deployment so trying to a build knocked out of the way so i can order it right when i hit the States again.
