I was going through the "Make your own build" and I got down to the H2O cooling. I really like air so far, but I want something new. I just don’t know the pros & cons of H2O. Any help would be appreciated. My ticket number is 215065.

Also I was hoping that I could save the $97 by down grading the Intel Core 2 Quad Q9550 2.83GHz  to a Intel Core 2 Quad Q9300 2.5GHz. I would OC them both but I dont know how much a difference in speed there will be. Thanks in advance.

I think you would be better off and more future proof with i7 on air as opposed to core 2 quad on liquid. H20 is quiet keeps things cooler. You will at somepoint have to add more liquid. Air is noisier and does not cool as good although as long as you dont choose the stock fan you should be able to reach a nice OC.Liquid does OC better but not by a huge amount. If you choose the haf case it will be a somewhat noisy system regardless. Also gpu can be noisy if you turn the fan speed up which I recommend.

Liquid cooling is the way to go

I highly suggest you go with liquid cooling, its much more quite, cooler, faster, stable.

I don't know anybody that knows what they are doing and has a 4.0GHz oc or higher with any problems. In this case DS takes care of everything for you, so you don't need to know nothing

this is a much better system
