What is the difference in temp for the video card and chipset

the config is 882277. It seems like a lot of high end machines use advanced liquid cooling. So I'm wandering if the computer will overheat down the road.

From what I've read video cards with the stock aircooler (no liquid cooling) can get around 90F

Your configuration looks great. You don't need liquid cooling, it's just a luxury option for customers. The GTX TITAN and other new NVIDIA graphics cards run fairly cool, they will have no issues under even the most extreme gaming sessions.

Liquid cooling is more so an option if you wish for a much quieter system.  Plus if you're going to be OC your CPU and you have multiple video cards that you're also OC... liquid cooling is a better option.  All of those OC's will run hotter, and while air cooling can keep them nearly just as cool, it will be so much louder.  So liquid gives you more head room for OC, keeps your temps way down, and remains much cooler.
