Air vs Liquid Cooling?

I live in Arizona. In the summer it gets up to 120 degrees, in fall/winter/spring it gets up to about 100. I will have the i7 930, and dual 480s. My ram will be corsair 6gb 1600mhz. Which is better for me and why? Air or Liquid?

do you mean 120 inside your house?
why did you make 12 different threads and now your bumping one, just read over the guide, post your budget and needs in the config section. no need to overcomplicate thigns
 
and bumping something like this after 2 hours? bad form
