They are not going to send you the system if the ram clearance is not ok, jm299's system was a fluke.
I don't know why you guys just don't go with DS ram anyways, its all the same, you have nothing to gain

Our team is aware of this and they do make sure that that the heatsink is not touching the memory on the systems.

I think the DS ram is corsair anyways, ram is cheap by the time a 3 year warranty runs out that warranty is not really important in ram.
but if it makes you happy and its $17 and you don't care then I guess more power to you ![]()
