I know this happened yesterday, but I feel like we should have a party or something. Congrats.

Also, I was thinking that maybe everyone could list some positive Alex experience in celebration.

For example (true): I had no idea why my webcam wasn't working, and after reinstalling all the drivers, checking the forums, and performing the ritual exorcisms of three different religions (maybe some slight exaggeration), Alex told me that I just needed to press Fn+F10. Worked like a charm.

When my laptop video card died I ordered a replacement card. However the card was on backorder, so Alex emailed me and offered to do a warranty upgrade to the 680m at a reduced cost.

This was really the defining moment of my Digital Storm experience.

I just recently ordered my PC on black Friday and Alex has been on top of every response I needed. It's been so easy knowing Alex is ready for any question I throw at him. Thanks for helping me out Alex
