If you’ve been stuck waiting on a stage for a while and you start to get concerned you should email Alex. He’s the best when it comes to helping you feel assured your gonna get what you paid for. I went through 4 stages in one day and it shipped. All of that in one day?!?!?! Alex said it would take two weeks and he was correct. Great job!!!

I sent an email a few days ago regarding my build. Hopefully it didn't get stuck in spam. I'm patient but I've never spent so much money on a computer before so thr wait makes me nervous lol.

Yeah he is awesome.  Ordered my lynx build (i3, rtx 3050) build on 3/1-ish and it was still in stage 2 at the end of march.  E-mailed him to see if there were any hiccups in my build and expressed I was just curious and not angry.  Totally expected some more wait and would have been completely fine with that but he  upgraded it to vip and it was built the next day, even got the cooling upgraded to an AIO cooler due to parts availability.  Excellent customer service person, I  hope that DS knows they have an awesome person working for them and they treat him great Awesome
